WW1 Propeller clock




A World War 1 propeller hub believed to have been salvaged from a Farman bi-plane, possibly an MF7 Longhorn or MF11 Shorthorn (as pictured), adapted to house a clock; the movement by the well-regarded silversmith and watchmaker William Allen of Market Harborough. The hub is of unusually large proportions, measuring 58cm across. NOT FOR SALE
