watson ‘edinburgh’ compound microscope






A good example of Watson & Sons ‘Edinburgh’ microscope, fitted with R J Beck's 'Sloan' Patent quick objective changer and accompanied by a further mahogany box containing a large number of objectives and brass canisters. The microscope is engraved with the maker's name and serial number 4439, dating the instrument to around 1897. SOLD - but please visit my online shop for similar items.
