A good collection of World War 1 stereoviews from a lesser-known publisher, together with a suitable handheld stereoscope. This collection of 25 World War 1 stereoviews was published by George Nightingale and Co of Bognor. Each card is annotated to the reverse and, thanks to the magic of stereoscopy, gives a realistic three-dimensional view of the immediate aftermath of World War 1.

Condition: 25 cards in total, numbered and annotated to the reverse. Not a complete a set. Cards in good condition, a small number with fading and one with frayed edges. The handheld stereoscope is in very good condition and gives a clear image with tremendous depth.
