cased mahogany and brass magic lantern
A fine, very large, cased Victorian mahogany and brass magic lantern with bellows extension and three lenses, 8.5”, 10.5” and 12.5”; an electrical conversion but also with original burner equipment including a pressure gauge by Dunscombe of Bristol. The whole is contained within a quality fitted case . At maximum extension, the lantern measures 30” (76cm) long and 17” (43cm) high, the case 65cm x 36cm x 52cm high. SOLD.
